I present to you Hermione punching Draco in the face an infinite amount of times.
Since this prompt asked us to create a GIF using the minimum amount of time needed to capture the scene from one of our favorite movies, I decided to choose this iconic scene from Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Not to say that this is my favorite Harry Potter movie, but it is definitely one of my favorite scenes from the franchise.
I used GIFRUN to complete this assignment and it only took me about 10 minutes tops. I had to play around a little with the duration and only ended up using 0.4 seconds of the original video. If you haven’t seen this movie before, Draco had it coming and Hermione was originally threatening him with her wand. When Ron tells her it isn’t worth it, she lowers her wand and turns her back… and then Draco laughs. So she pulls the fastest 180 and punches him in the face. It’s a golden moment in the film.
I enjoyed making this DS106 assignment as it didn’t take me a while and I think it’s pretty funny to see Hermione punch Draco over and over again.
