Daily Create #tdc3702

For this Daily Create, I used the assistance of the Haiku Poem Generator. While it gave me a good basis, the original last word was “tea” instead of “sea.” I thought that it sounded much more poetic to say “Betrayed by the sea,” since it can be left up to interpretation. When I was typing words into the generator, I was thinking about summer and the peace that it brings. I’ve been thinking about summer a lot lately and how relaxing it is to be surrounded by nature that’s so alive. I think this haiku turned out to be good, especially from typing random (but also calculated) words into a generator. I’m impressed with the way that this online tool can bring so few words together to create something meaningful and interesting – I’m happy with the way this Daily Create turned out.
